Come join us at Champs Meat Market in Corpus Christi on Friday, October 18th, from 4:30 pm for a tasting of Champs Cowboy Chili. It’s a tried and true chili recipe shared by Christian – one of his Fall favorites.
As we get some cooler temps in, just in time for our October tasting & giveaway, we are excited to have Christian Ockels show us his favorite way to make great chili. You are invited to come sample this special dish. We will have wine and beer tastings and our Cowboy beans to go with the chili.
As we do every month, we will draw a winner for our giveaway at 5:30 pm. To enter, join us from 4:30 on Friday, October 18th. This month’s giveaway in our Champs insulated tote is, of course, all the chili meat fixings, a Champs house side, and a bottle of wine.
